DATA OFFICER

FIXED TERM until August 2026 - Maternity Cover

25 hours per week - Term Time only, 38 weeks

Start Date: November 2025

Grade 6, SCP 6 - PS25,989 - pro-rata

We are pleased to invite applications for a Data Officer post who will be responsible for the provision of efficient administrative support within the school in relation to data management. Including ensuring the schools compliance with LA and school administrative and reporting requirements, including undertaking manual and computer data entry and extraction and other administrative duties.

We Are Looking For

A person who is a positive team player.
A person with experience in handling school data and analysis.
A person who can use their initiative.
A person who can deal with changing and conflicting work deadlines.

The post will be for 25 hours per week and the detail of this will be discussed at interview.

Dorchester Middle School is a member of the Wessex Multi-Academy Trust of local First, Middle and Upper schools who share resources, planning and expertise in order to enhance continuity across all stages of the children's' education.
