Job Specifications

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer (Mid-level) to join our team and who has experience working with a SaaS product. You'll be involved across the full stack, so we're looking for someone comfortable working on the front-end as much as the back-end, ensuring the product is user-friendly, scalable, and efficient. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers, taking ownership of features and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the product.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Consume and integrate with RESTful APIs, managing application state (e.g. Redux or React Context API).
Develop robust back-end services and business logic using Laravel (PHP).
Design, structure, and optimise MySQL databases; write efficient queries and ensure performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance, reliability, and usability issues.
Contribute to deployment processes and testing to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Haves:

Strong experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
State management skills (Redux, Context API, or similar).
Back-end development experience with Laravel (PHP).
Solid understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL.
Proficiency with Git version control.
Ability to write maintainable, testable code.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

CSS frameworks such as Sass or Tailwind.
Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth).
Experience with CI/CD tools and/or Docker.
Testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.).
