Location: Singapore (Hybrid) or Remote (Asia/Europe time zones preferred)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually (depending on experience and location)

Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML models for financial sentiment analysis and alternative data processing.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production systems.
Optimize algorithms for scalability using big data tools.
Conduct research on emerging AI trends in finance and contribute to whitepapers or patents.
Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with experience in NLP (e.g., BERT, Transformers).
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Strong understanding of financial markets or data analytics.
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.
