The Role: Commercial Account Manager, London

We are seeking a driven and commercially-focused Account Manager to join our client's EMEA team. This isn't a passive relationship role--it's about driving revenue. You will manage and expand a portfolio of high-profile institutional clients, including major banks and trading firms, across the region.

Your primary focus will be on growing our clients' recurring revenue streams. You'll do this by:

Hitting Annual Revenue Targets: You are accountable for managing a revenue budget for your allocated portfolio, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding financial goals.
Proactive Cross-Selling: You'll build senior-level relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell new solutions and products.
Owning the Relationship: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing the full commercial lifecycle and serving as the primary point of escalation.
Frequent Client Engagement: You will regularly travel to meet with customers across EMEA, building trust and strengthening relationships in person.

About You:

You are a target-driven sales or account management professional with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and are motivated by success.

You bring:

A strong background in sales or account management within fintech or financial services, with a clear focus on commercial results.
Experience managing a portfolio of B2B clients and a history of growing revenue within those accounts.
A deep understanding of hitting and reporting on revenue targets and working within a structured, data-oriented sales environment (e.g., Salesforce).
Confidence in engaging with senior-level decision-makers and building rapport to drive new business opportunities.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients throughout the EMEA region.
