What we expect from you
As the Paid Acquisition & Partnerships Intern, reporting to the Head of Growth / VP Marketing, you'll be instrumental in driving demo acquisition and building strategic partnerships. We're looking for a motivated, data-oriented marketer who excels in managing paid campaigns, developing partnerships, leveraging automation, and running lead nurturing campaigns to contribute to our growth. If you're skilled at optimizing campaigns, passionate about collaboration, and driven by results, we'd love for you to join our team!
Your responsibilities will include:
Paid Acquisition & Events: Create, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Events, and more) to drive lead generation and revenue, while maximizing ROI and testing new channels
Partnership Development: Build pipeline for affiliation programs and drive partnerships that enhance our acquisition strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and engagement
Marketing Automations & System Building: Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows (Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, etc.), and build AI-driven systems to streamline lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing
Lead Nurturing & Newsletters: Own and execute the email marketing and nurturing strategy, including newsletters and automated sequences, to engage prospects and drive them to book demos
Experimentation and Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and utilize analytics to refine campaign performance, ensuring efficient spending and meeting or exceeding KPIs. Use analytics to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage budgets effectively to maximize returns on each channel
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with growth, content, and product teams to align acquisition and partnership strategies, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
This job is for you if:
You are in the final year of your Master's degree and looking for an end-of-studies internship. You have prior experience in paid acquisition, digital marketing, or partnerships, in a B2B environment or agency
You are skilled in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like SEA, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a strong understanding of metrics and performance optimization
You have experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, etc.) and understand how to scale workflows
You have experience with lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
You're analytical, data-driven, and eager to leverage insights to drive better results. You possess excellent attention to detail and are highly organized
You are proactive and solutions-oriented, thriving in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
You are fluent in English, as we primarily operate in the US
