Job Specifications

12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, with at least 5+ years in Power BI.
Strong expertise in Power BI security & configuration management.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling.
Experience in Row-Level Security (RLS), tenant-level settings, gateway configuration, and workspace management.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory preferred).
Proven track record in BI solution design, performance tuning, and governance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead workshops and guide junior team members.
