Job Specifications

Junior Software Developer | 12 month contract (with long term extensions) | Wrexham | Hybrid | PS31/hr to umbrella company

Great role for someone with 1+ year development experience or a Computer Science degree (or similar), with skills in Java, JavaScript, or React Native.

The role focuses on setting up and tailoring the platform to meet deployment requirements, while also helping refine how updates and releases are managed. Alongside this, you will spend part of your week contributing directly to the development of the core product with the wider engineering team.

Responsibilities

Deploy scripts, updates, fixes
Automate deployments with config tools
Upload translations
Test and verify updates
Maintain GxP documentation

Skills

1+ year in Software Development or relevant degree
Exposure to Java, JavaScript, React Native
Problem-solving and testing mindset
Knowledge of JSON
Familiar with Git branching/versioning
