HireLoft Recruitment is working exclusively with a top-performing private investment and management firm headquartered in Toronto. We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can drive both the cash flow strategy and financial reporting function across a diverse group of operating businesses.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity modeling across the parent company and its portfolio
Lead the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting processes end-to-end
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, trend insights, and executive commentary
Build dynamic financial models and scenario plans to support capital planning and business decisions
Partner with senior leadership on investment reviews, resource planning, and business strategy
Analyze and present KPI dashboards and metrics to guide performance improvement
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all reporting
Support audit preparation and financial compliance efforts

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
Hands-on expertise with cash flow modeling, forecasting, and liquidity planning
Strong background in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and year-end packages)
Advanced Excel and modeling skills (bonus: Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard tools)
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset, but not required
Experience in investment, private equity, or multi-entity environments is a major plus
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders
