Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: PS45,000.00 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (36 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Analyst to join a dedicated Not for Profit/Charity Information Systems Business Solutions Team, supporting the applications and users of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Working closely with Business Systems Analysts, wider IT teams, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to ongoing product enhancements and support end-users to make the most of the Dynamics 365 platform-covering applications, functionality, and data.
You will act as a central point of contact for users, demonstrating best practices in Dynamics 365, offering technical support and guidance, troubleshooting performance issues, reviewing requirements, writing specifications, designing test cases, and helping users extract insights and present findings.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform applications.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in a user-facing environment.
Experience training end users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive end-user training materials.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and general user support capabilities.
Track record of clear, effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Desire to stay up to date with new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies and industry updates.
Relevant experience in a team developing and supporting Dynamics 365 applications-as an analyst or in a comparable support role-would be ideal.
