JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

The Supply Planning Leader for the MEA region is responsible for driving supply planning strategies and execution to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and align supply with demand across diverse markets. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and the successful implementation of new supply chain initiatives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

- Define and implement the MPP (Master Production Plan) for the MEA located Plants.

- Lead and develop a team of regional supply planners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Align planning activities with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial.

Planning & Execution

- Develop and maintain supply plans based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and logistics constraints.

- Identify bottlenecks and find a way to solve them.

- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OPE and production forecast accuracy.

- Own and drive KPI performance across the region, ensuring visibility and accountability.

- Manage risk scenarios and contingency plans to ensure supply continuity.

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

- Lead the supply-side implementation of new projects and initiatives across the MEA region.

- Ensure supply readiness and alignment with launch timelines and operational requirements.

- Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor supply-related activities within cross-functional projects.

- Capture and apply lessons learned from past projects to improve future planning and execution.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure supply chain feasibility and integration.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the key interface between plants, suppliers, regional teams and EE supply chain team to ensure plan execution.

- Support the S&D process/meeting with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Digitalization & Innovation

- Champion the use of digital tools and analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.

- Participate in transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus
Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
Personal Traits: Excellent analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and leadership capabilities.
Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., OSS, MES, Corail, Digital KD, advanced Excel)

Mobility: Occasional international travel

Global and regional Supply chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inbound/outbound transportation, Engineering, Finance and Commercial.
