Job Specifications

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Cost Analyst to provide financial project management support on infrastructure projects. The role involves project set-up, monitoring, reporting, and collaborating with project teams to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project costing support, ensuring alignment with project managers, schedulers, and teams.
Monitor and report on financial performance of projects using SAP and related systems.
Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Support project decision-making with financial insights and presentations.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years' experience in project costing support within a project management environment.
Management Certificate in Professional Accounting (or equivalent post-secondary certificate) plus project management courses or equivalent experience.
Advanced computer application skills, including SAP.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Ability to work hybrid - min. 2 days/week in office.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with SharePoint.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems and business intelligence tools.
