A Junior Digital Product Specialist is a curious learner and hands-on contributor who supports the creation, evolution, and success of digital products -- from apps and platforms to AI-powered services. Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, this role helps deliver scalable solutions, fosters cross-market collaboration, and drives continuous innovation while learning from experienced product leaders.

Your responsabilities as a Junior Digital Product Specialist:

Strategy & Roadmap Support

Contribute to the definition of a clear product vision by gathering user feedback and business requirements.
Support the creation and maintenance of a roadmap that reflects market needs and business priorities.
Ensure tasks and initiatives are aligned with the overall product strategy.

Customer & Market Insights

Gather insights from users, local markets, and technology trends.
Translate data and feedback into actionable inputs for the product team.
Spot opportunities for improvement and differentiation under the guidance of senior managers.

Agile & Lean Development

Apply an MVP-first mindset by helping to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate daily with designers, engineers, and data teams to deliver quality solutions.
Embrace agile practices to adapt to feedback and changing priorities.

Product Lifecycle Support

Assist in managing the lifecycle: from concept and launch to optimization.
Track and report on KPIs to support decision-making.
Help balance innovation with operational excellence.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Support communication between global teams and local markets.
Assist in managing expectations and providing status updates.
Contribute to a culture where feedback and experimentation are valued.

Performance & Growth

Monitor KPIs such as adoption, retention, and engagement, and share findings with the team.
Use analytics tools and qualitative feedback to suggest improvements.
Support scaling initiatives across markets.

Go-to-Market & Adoption

Assist in launch activities and ensure smooth adoption across teams and markets.
Provide documentation, training materials, and insights for local adaptation.
Stay close to customer feedback to help refine the product after launch.
