CRM Implementation Specialist

Location: Leicester (Hybrid - approx. 1 day/week in the office)

Contract: 12-month fixed-term

Salary: PS34,000 per annum

Are you passionate about digital transformation and CRM systems? We're looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of a new Salesforce CRM platform as part of a wider business change programme.

What You'll Be Doing

Represent the Business Development team within the CRM Product Delivery Team
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and third-party suppliers
Define and review CRM requirements to ensure alignment with business needs
Support testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end users
Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and track progress
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure the customer perspective is well represented throughout the implementation

What We're Looking For

Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and agile environments
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset
Ability to manage workload and adapt in a fast-paced setting
No formal qualifications required, transferable skills and motivation matter most
