Location: Hybrid 800 Capitol St, Ste 3000, Houston, TX 77002

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (Hybrid & Flexible)

Duration: 6+ Months

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration Required Skills

Strong understanding of Data Management/Governance processes and systems

Ability to document business requirements and manage small-scale enhancements

Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud)

Business Analyst methodologies, system design & analysis

Data Governance methodologies

Master & Reference Data Management (preferably Stibo)

Agile Methodology, JIRA, Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

Hands-on experience with ANSI SQL

Strong Analytical And Communication Skills Preferred Certifications

Business Analysis or Project Management certification Position Summary

The Digital Business Analyst III supports discovery, design, implementation, and support of data processes and IT systems across the customer experience journey. This role coordinates multiple project teams and aligns business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and business process owners to document and align requirements

Support customer product roadmap execution

Gather and groom user stories with acceptance criteria

Track KPIs and ensure value delivery

Lead functional design discussions and documentation

Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders

Use JIRA and Confluence to manage work items and backlog

Support integrated implementations and QA testing

Facilitate standups, demos, and stakeholder communications

Build business and data glossaries
