Role Objectives:

As a Senior Pricing and Proposals Specialist at WEP Clinical, you'll support sales across all service lines, from first client discussions to Project Management handoff. You'll lead and coordinate proposal responses (RFI, RFP, etc.), ensuring high-quality, client-focused proposals and budgets. In addition, you'll mentor junior colleagues, provide training on Commercial Operations processes, and contribute to financial forecasting and long-term business planning.

What You'll Do:
Lead the development and implementation of proposal processes to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting professional growth.
Develop and update proposal budgets, RFP estimates, and pricing grids in collaboration with operational teams.
Draft, review, and finalise quotes, RFIs, and RFP responses to meet client and company standards.
Conduct P&L reviews and Win/Loss analyses, and provide insights into business development and leadership.
Manage and maintain the proposal content library and vendor question list.
Review contract terms, monitor changes, and ensure compliance with obligations and ERP billing accuracy.
Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and subject matter experts on proposals and bid defences.
Act as the primary contact for pricing inquiries, negotiations, and client/vendor engagement.
Identify growth opportunities through business drivers and cost-benefit analysis to support the company's strategy.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Pharmaceutical, and Finance (preferred)
4-5years of experiencein proposalsand pricing(preferred)
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
