Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to PS85,000

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Business Analyst with experience in digital banking to join an international bank in central London. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the bank's digital customer experience, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver modern, customer-focused digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

Gather and document requirements for digital banking journeys, ensuring customer needs are at the centre of every solution.
Map end-to-end customer experiences, identifying opportunities to simplify, optimise, and improve usability.
Work closely with UX/UI and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture insights across departments.
Support delivery of new digital features and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Assist testing and implementation phases to guarantee smooth handovers and successful go-lives.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Business Analysis experience in digital banking, fintech, or customer-driven environments.
Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and front-end user experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -- able to simplify complex ideas for both business and technical audiences.
Business-oriented mindset with a sharp ability to analyse, problem-solve, and define roadmaps.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams.
