Junior Manager - London - Shoreditch
The Opportunity
This isn't just another role. This is your step up into a career-defining opportunity with a company scaling at speed. You'll work alongside the Regional Manager and Head of Sales, taking full ownership of results, team performance, and field operations in one of our fastest-growing markets.
Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is on track to double again from last year. You'll help lead a team of 100+ Brand Ambassadors, driving 30,000+ acquisitions a year and running almost 1,000 events annually--all while contributing to a company doubling revenue year after year.

What You'll Do
Recruit, train, and coach Brand Ambassadors
Plan and execute field events, leading from the front
Track, analyse, and optimise team performance using data
Motivate your team and drive accountability to hit ambitious targets
Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and growth
Lead by example--weekend work is essential
What You Bring

Proven experience building/leading something independently--show your grit

What We Offer
PS35,000 - PS39,000 basic depending on experience
OTE PS50,000 - PS59,000
