Business Analyst (Asset Management) PS400 - PS450 a day

This project aims to implement a new system to manage the Council's capital assets, including:

Asset lifecycle planning.
Investment tracking and forecasting.
Integration with finance, housing, and property services.

The Project Will Involve

Business case development.
Market review and system selection.
Implementation planning and stakeholder engagement.
Data migration and integration with existing systems.

Essential Experience

Knowledge of capital asset management and property lifecycle processes.
Experience in requirements gathering and functional specification development.
Ability to work with finance and property teams to define reporting and forecasting needs.
Understanding of integration points with housing and finance systems.
