Internal Sales Coordinator - 12-Month Maternity Cover | Calne, Wiltshire

PS25,000 + Incentive Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and confident Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Calne on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This full-time office-based role will see you supporting customers with order processing and ensuring excellent service from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Procurement and Production.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-5.15pm, with an early finish at 5.00pm on Fridays.

Package & Benefits:

Base salary PS26,500
Incentive bonus scheme
Full-time hours with early Friday finish
On-site role within a supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer enquiries via phone and process quotations and orders accurately
Take ownership of orders, from entry on SAP through to delivery
Liaise with Production and Procurement to manage outstanding orders and resolve issues
Generate and send quotations promptly, following up as required
Issue order confirmations and ensure customer acknowledgement
Provide support to the external sales team, ensuring quotes are prepared and sent promptly

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, though not essential
Applications welcomed from candidates with retail or hospitality backgrounds seeking a move into a corporate environment
Confident, articulate and enthusiastic communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar CRM/order processing systems is desirable but not essential
Minimum GCSE Grade C/4-5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
