Scrum Master - DevOps, Infrastructure & Security

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide a multidisciplinary team working across Belgium and Taiwan. The team focuses on DevOps, infrastructure, and security, and collaborates closely with IT, the Security Office, and R&D management. If you are passionate about agile practices and enjoy helping teams reach their full potential, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

As Scrum Master, you will:

Coach the team towards greater self-organization and effectiveness.
Proactively remove impediments to ensure smooth progress.
Facilitate key agile ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinements, retrospectives, etc.), keeping the team productive and aligned with priorities.
Ensure agreed processes (such as the Definition of Done) are understood and respected.
Support the Product Owner in defining and setting the right priorities.

Experiences & Competences

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a leading role within a Kanban team.
Strong understanding of agile principles and servant leadership.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and/or (product or cyber) security is a strong asset.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across international teams.
Python knowledge is considered a plus.
