The Role: Founding Growth & Acquisition Lead
We're looking for someone who can think like a strategist, act like a founder, and execute like a builder.
Someone who can:
Architect Crux's growth engine--then help build it.
Define the right acquisition channels and tactics for our first 10k users.
Design and run lightweight experiments to test hypotheses, funnels, and loops.
Track and own key growth KPIs (activation, retention, CAC, conversion to paid).
Help us learn faster--what's working, what's not, and where to pivot.
Collaborate with us, not under us--we're all hands-on, every day.
This is not a traditional growth hacker job.
You won't be handed a budget and a team.
You will be handed a mission, a product, and the freedom to make Crux fly.
Who You Are
UK-based (ideally near a startup hub, but remote-friendly).
Strategic and analytical--but also hands-on and scrappy.
You've built something before (a startup, a growth loop, a niche community).
You're fluent in acquisition frameworks, growth metrics, and experimentation.
You're not just looking for a job--you're looking for a mission.
You don't flinch at "no salary yet." You see the upside in equity and early impact.
