Job Specifications

Whitebridge is looking for a Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong Reporting experience to join a large transformation programme for our client.
Essential experience required:
Minimum of 5 years working with OTBI and BIP
Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of Legacy tools such as OBIEE
Capable of interpreting/explaining reporting requirements, options and recommendations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (eg FTSE 100)
The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the nearest office (Reading, Havant or Thatcham) The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
