This individual embraces health equity, champions the voice of our organization and is motivated to help tell powerful stories that inspire philanthropy and advance women's health.
The ideal candidate is a strong and versatile writer with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to craft compelling copy that inspires donor support. They may be early in their career but bring enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to develop their skills in fundraising and donor communications within a leading healthcare organization. The role holds considerable responsibility, supporting the creation and coordination of WCHF's written communications across multiple channels. The successful candidate will help bring the Foundation's mission, impact, and vision to life through compelling content. The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Communications Coordinator is an integral member of the Marketing & Communications team, supporting the creation and execution of written content across a wide range of platforms and initiatives. This role plays a key part in helping tell the Foundation's story, enhance donor and community engagement, and strengthen WCHF's overall brand and voice.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing ideas to help refine and elevate messaging. They are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects while learning from and supporting the broader communications strategy. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a high-performing team, develop new skills, and play a meaningful part in amplifying WCHF's impact.
