We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on integration with mid-tier servers and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development, with knowledge of ITSM processes, integrations, and infrastructure components such as mid-tier servers.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and scalability
Manage ServiceNow integrations with mid-tier servers, application servers, and other enterprise platforms
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications within ServiceNow
Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
Monitor and troubleshoot application and mid-tier server issues related to ServiceNow performance and integrations
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and middleware teams to maintain secure and efficient data flows
Implement platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning in alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Provide end-user support, technical documentation, and training for ServiceNow modules

Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
Familiarity with mid-tier servers (e.g., application servers, web servers, middleware tools) and their role in enterprise IT ecosystems
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, and integration patterns
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and (CAD, CIS) required
COMPTIA Security+ certification required

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$108,400--$203,400 USD
