We're on the lookout for a Head of Digital Trading to take full ownership of a premium lifestyle brand's Members App. This is a rare chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver seamless, engaging experiences for a highly engaged community of members.

What you'll be doing:

Own the digital trading strategy across all app revenue streams - from merchandising to promotions
Optimise commercial performance: conversion, retention, AOV, margin - you name it
Collaborate with marketing, membership, tech, and data teams to deliver campaigns that engage and convert
Lead app merchandising and content, ensuring the member journey is smooth and revenue-focused
Analyse trading data to identify opportunities and make decisions that really move the needle

Who we're looking for:

Senior experience in digital trading, e-commerce, or commercial roles - hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses preferred
Proven track record of driving digital revenue and hitting KPIs
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Passionate about premium brands and the member experience
