As a Sr. Salesforce Solution Consultant I, you'll lead efforts to optimize and modernize a key recruiting information system with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. What you'll do:

Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements that align with organizational objectives.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging core platform features, declarative tools, and minimal custom code.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) to meet business needs.
Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design and validate integrations with external systems.
Build solution prototypes and deliver product demonstrations to business stakeholders.
Advise clients and project teams on Salesforce platform best practices, data governance, and user adoption strategies.
Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including requirements traceability, process flows, and configuration guides.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
Provide end-user training, create support materials, and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to maximize platform value.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
Demonstrated experience in:
Business process analysis and requirements gathering for Salesforce projects
Configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Workflow automation, validation rules, and declarative development
Supporting data migration and integration activities
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $145,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
Performance-based bonuses
Company-paid training and/or certifications
Referral bonuses
