A well-known Consumer business who are performing incredibly well are currently recruiting for a Head of Transformation. The successful Head of Transformation will drive clarity and simplicity from positions of ambiguity, and stretch business thinking end-to-end, challenging the status quo.

The type of technical experience and background could be someone from Big 4 Consulting, in Strategy and Transformation, M&A Integration and Separation, Management Consulting etc.

You will have experience in/with:

Defining a target operating model strategy from concept, design to completion - particularly work that has spanned across multiple functions at a business wide level. Experience of this in Retail is preferred but not a requirement.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director and above) e.g. able to communicate internally at senior levels
Extensive evidence of successful cross-functional working (across the breadth of the business) at scale
Leadership - able to lead projects and manage priorities
Successful experience of working on shaping and implementing major Transformation projects/programmes.
Brilliantly drive complex programmes of work, including scoping, building cross-business support, engagement and investment, trialling, iterating, and embedding
Employ an agile mind-set to break down & accelerate delivery of complex programmes.
Set up the right ways of working to galvanise change & support programme delivery at pace.
Support engagement at critical governance meetings to underpin the programme delivery.
Quickly build great relationships and high-performing working teams to land change at pace.
Underpin the plan with strong business cases that set clear outcomes & deliverables to measure progress against
Champion a transformation mindset and collaborative ways of working that are truly cross-functional and connected

Desirable experience but not essential on all:

Consulting background - Big 4 OR other, in Strategy Transformation, M&A Integration/Separation OR, working in Industry leading Transformation programs
Significant experience in a senior operations or transformation leadership role, ideally within Consumer related industries OR markets
A proven ability to create and deliver transformation strategies with measurable outcomes
A strong understanding of commercial levers, customer service models, and operational best practice
Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
