Technical Delivery Manager - Financial Services | London | Hybrid

PS60,000-PS70,000

My client are transforming financial services with Azure cloud and AI innovation. We need a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and scale delivery across multiple tech teams - driving complex projects, managing global collaboration, and keeping delivery on point.

What you'll do:

Lead cross-functional teams (UK & India-based) delivering FS products on Azure
Embed AI across development and data pipelines
Streamline Kanban delivery using JIRA, Confluence & Azure DevOps
Balance ad hoc requests with strategic initiatives
Scale processes, mentor teams & drive continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

Proven technical delivery experience in fast-paced environments
Strong Azure and agile (Kanban) background
Skilled at managing distributed teams
Financial services experience a plus

The deal:

Central London | 4 days in office, 1 remote
