Salesforce Developer - Financial Industry Project
Location: Ontario (Hybrid -4 days per week in office)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Calgary for a large-scale financial industry project. The successful candidate will work on developing and enhancing a new advisor portal, leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Design, build, and customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
Develop features for a new advisor portal to improve advisor and client experiences.
Implement user interface components, business logic, workflows, and data integrations.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with best practices.
Quality & Governance
Maintain high-quality code by adhering to Salesforce development best practices.
Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
Ensure compliance with governance policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations relevant to the financial industry.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Salesforce development background, with proven expertise in:
Financial Services Cloud
Experience Cloud
OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL.
Familiarity with Salesforce security, authentication, and data sharing models.
Knowledge of system integrations using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry.
Strong understanding of client-advisor digital engagement platforms.
