Hello Everyone,

Position: DevSecOps Engineer (Groovy)

Length: 12-month + contract

Location: Jersey City, NJ (or) Dallas, TX

Payrate: $50/hr on C2C

Note: Client is looking for only 4-7 years of experience. Jersey City, NJ is First Choice.

Must Have Requirements:

Groovy DSL scripting experience 4+ years
AWS DevSecOps Background

Project:

27 applications modernizing refactoring in the Cloud modernization project that has been started that they are trying to clean up and refactor

Applications writing for:

Building entire companies CI/CD pipelines writing Groovy DSL from scratch
all companies' development team to run code, build / deploy to and set up for service
Supporting existing services - CI/CD framework on-prem and cloud (ask for cloud as services built on top of AWS)
Workflow - scanning code at time
Build and deploy to endpoints
AWS platform build - understand RDS, S3 buckets, EC2
CI/CD - DevSecOps
Jenkins and Jenkins dev language of Groovy
Utilize Jenkins as Ci/CD tool and version control systems
Git and Bit Bucket
Main tool to build the CI/CD services:
Extensive with Jenkins and ability to develop work flows.

MUST HAVES

MUST have built software solutions using Jenkins and highly involved in Groovy
DevSecOps guys used groovy and pipeline solutions in Jenkins

Plus:

Maven and code writing
SonarQube (scanning for quality code) and security scan
SRE experience with ability to write software solutions
Application Security Dev workflows from scratch in Jenkins
