Axonify is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Technology and Data Partner to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Operations & Total Rewards, you will be instrumental in guiding the design and rollout of intelligent workflows, leveraging GenAI, automation, and self-serve tools to enhance our People & Culture processes and improve the overall employee experience. You will act as a subject matter expert for our core HRIS, bob, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and building scalable, insight-rich solutions.
The impact you'll have:
Guide the design and rollout of intelligent workflows, leveraging GenAI, automation, and self-serve tools to improve People & Culture processes and the employee experience
Act as the subject matter expert for our core HRIS, bob, working to implement new functionalities, manage integrations, and ensure the system operates at peak performance
Manage data integrity by establishing and executing on audit processes and frequencies, as well as developing mitigation strategies to address errors and redundancies
Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, iterative development, and data-driven decision making
Monitor, analyze and report on operational data, service metrics, and employee survey results to identify trends, surface inefficiencies, and implement improvements
Develop and roll out People & Culture analytics and reporting dashboards, including the preparation of any presentation metrics for senior leadership
Evolve legacy processes and systems toward a flexible, predictive, and insight-rich architecture
Build scalable solutions, intuitive tools, and documentation to ensure the long-term sustainability of people programs
Act as a thought partner and advisor to the wider People & Culture team, translating vision into reality and promoting AI, automation, and data literacy across the team
The things you bring:
Proven experience in building and prototyping solutions using tools like Zapier, LLM APIs, and other automation frameworks
Deep HR technology expertise with proven experience in launching and driving system implementations
Proficiency as a bob expert is preferred
Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking in the pursuit of efficiency
Ability to translate a business vision into technical reality and quantify the business outcomes of each project
Strong understanding of P&C policies, processes, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Commitment to data security and responsible AI practices
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand their unique workflows, and serve as an internal expert and partner
Experience navigating a changing landscape and handling shifting priorities while maintaining a strong control environment
