This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth Fintech business as a leader and mentor, helping to shape the future of their SDR Team while driving strategic business growth. With 30% year-on-year growth for four consecutive years, the company has become one of the leading financial intelligence platforms, and now they're looking for someone who can lead, inspire, and develop their sales function. This is a unique opportunity to be a leader without formal leadership experience.

We want to hear from you if you're an amazing SDR/BDR or early in your sales career and have been a teacher, mentor or leader in everything you've done so far, but most importantly have a passion for leadership.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor a growing team of business development and sales professionals, sharing your expertise and guiding their career development
Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the team
Coach team members on consultative selling, stakeholder management, and complex deal negotiation
Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the company's commercial strategy and influence long-term growth
Act as a role model for company values, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration

What you bring

Proven track record in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or data-driven solutions
Strong leadership experience, with a history of mentoring, developing, and inspiring teams (even if informally!)
Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ambition, vision, and the drive to make a significant impact on team growth
