The Customer Success Associate is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine
customer care with commercial impact in a fast-growing industry.
We have x2 vacancies to join our Customer Success Department on a 6 month FTC which you will play a key role in supporting our customers while driving revenue through warranty renewals, subscription extensions, and charging solution upgrades. You'll be the friendly and helpful voice our customers trust -- proactively keeping them connected, supported, and informed.
You'll also be responsible for:
Renewals & Extensions - Proactively contacting customers before their service expires, ensuring continued coverage and access to services
Sales Conversion - following up on warm leads, customer expansions and upselling
Customer Support & Experience - Deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience through calls, emails, and campaigns, keeping the focus on satisfaction and value
Product Expertise - Be an expert in our charging products, communicating confidently to customers
Cross-Team Collaboration - Working closely with various in-house teams to ensure smooth customer journeys and support wider commercial goals.
Tracking & Reporting - Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently achieve renewal, extension, and conversion targets
Electrify us with your skills:
We think the role would be great for somebody who has 1-2 years' experience in end to end sales, renewals, telesales, or a customer-facing role. Experience in EV, technology, or SaaS is a bonus. As well as this we'd like;
A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven end to end sales experience
A sales-driven attitude, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation
Organised and efficient, managing multiple leads and tasks with ease
Comfortable with tech tools and CRM systems
