The Opportunity
This is a fast-growing eCommerce platform reimagining the future of wellbeing through curated health products, personalised insights, and cutting-edge digital tools. Backed by top-tier investors and entering a critical growth phase.The company is looking for a Full-stack App Developer to help build and scale its web and mobile experiences across its core pillars: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP.
You'll work hands-on across React-based frontends and backend services, shipping high-impact features and crafting a user experience that supports wellbeing at scale.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features across Healf's React website and React Native mobile app
Translate Figma designs into polished, high-performing user interfaces
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to improve UX and conversion
Integrate with Shopify, third-party APIs, and AI tools to enhance personalisation
Work on backend integrations using GraphQL, Next.js, and related technologies
Drive improvements to code quality, performance, and scalability across platforms
Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and system reliability
Help shape product experiments, A/B tests, and iteration based on user data
About You
You are a pragmatic, curious builder with a passion for health, performance, and great code. You're eager to shape something new, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love transforming design into real-world impact.
You will:
Have 5+ years of experience in mobile and web app development
Be fluent in React Native, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows
Know your way around Shopify and eCommerce ecosystems
Be comfortable with API integration and tools like GraphQL, Next.js, and REST
Understand performance metrics, optimisation, and conversion design
Take pride in clean, modular code and design-led implementation
Collaborate well across functions and enjoy cross-team problem solving
Embrace Healf's culture of personal wellbeing and high professional standards
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with AI tools and personalised recommendation systems
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, or experimentation frameworks
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
Previous exposure to consumer health, wellness, or health-tech startups
