Job Title: Functional Analyst - Dynamics 365

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite at Place Ville-Marie)

Duration: 24 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Required Skills & Experience:

Bilingual proficiency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Strong practical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills, including requirements gathering and functional specifications.
Proven experience creating and managing user stories, requirements, and backlogs in Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of API design, system integration, and security principles.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in the financial services sector.
Familiarity with security standards (OWASP Top 10, SANS 25).
Leadership or mentorship experience in agile project teams.
Hands-on experience with complex multi-entity customizations in Dynamics 365.
Skills in SQL Server Management Studio and database security best practices.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of senior-level analyst experience, preferably within financial or banking environments.
Hands-on experience with API development and system integrations.
