Job Title: Sr. Developer / Lead Developer
Location: Richmond hill (Hybrid - Tue, Wed, Thu in office)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade applications. As a key contributor, you will drive high-performance solutions, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Build and optimize scalable, high-performance systems with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
Develop responsive and user-centric web applications using Angular or React.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code along with unit tests and automated test cases.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using IAM, SAML, JWT, and OAuth.
Work with multitenant architecture, SaaS, subscription, and billing systems.
Collaborate across teams to design, build, and deploy solutions through CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to technical decision-making.
Proactively identify, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth system operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Senior Developer: Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Lead Developer: Minimum 8+ years of experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Proven experience with Angular or React for front-end development.
Solid understanding of SaaS, multitenant systems, subscription, and billing.
Hands-on experience with IAM, authentication, and authorization protocols (SAML, JWT, OAuth).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive collaboration and guide teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
