We're seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive UK sales growth and expand market share.

About the Role

As National Sales Manager, you'll lead the UK sales strategy for multiple brands across the group, driving growth through key account management and new business development.

You'll ensure customer needs are met, projects run smoothly, and Midtherm continues to strengthen its respected reputation within the flue and heating sector.

What You'll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop the UK sales team.
Manage and grow key customer relationships.
Identify and convert new business opportunities nationwide.
Deliver sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans.
Oversee project delivery to meet customer and company goals.
Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales management, ideally at national or regional level.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of the flue or stove industry.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
IT-literate with CRM and reporting experience.
Willing to travel throughout the UK.
