At O2 Daisy, We are seeking a dynamic and expert Communications Partner to join our dedicated team at our Paddington office, London.
You'll have strong experience in both internal and external communications, a flair for creativity and a strategic and mindset. As a trusted partner across multiple functions including People and Culture, you'll help shape and deliver impactful communications that engage, inform and inspire.

Since bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together in August, we've created a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure we offer a broad portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - to provide the
technology that makes every business better.
The must haves
What you'll bring: In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.
Exceptional standards of written communication combined with excellent presentation skills
Proven experience in a communications role with both internal and external focus.
Strong writing, editorial, and storytelling skills with a creative eye.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration and events management
Demonstrable experience in change communications is highly desirable.
Demonstrable data-driven mindset to planning and decision-making.
Creation of targeted and engaging communications that drive performance goals in a sales environment
Execution of integrated communication plans across internal and external channels.
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support strategic initiatives, change programmes, and cultural transformation.
Degree or equivalent qualification in English, Communications, or a related field.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
Proficiency in Canva, Poppulo, and other communication and design tools.
Social media knowledge with a strong understanding of platform engagement and tone.
A data-driven approach to thinking and decision making and ability to measure communication efficiency.
A degree or equivalent experience in Communications, English, or a related field.

Final interview includes a short task or presentation to demonstrate your communication strategy and creative approach which will be reviewed by the Chief People Officer and Director per above.
