Overview:
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a high-performing team supporting a major UK-based organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams to design, govern, and deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, deliverable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership and governance across the ServiceNow platform.
Enforce coding and architectural standards across internal and partner teams.
Produce and maintain high-level design documentation and solution artefacts.
Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
Identify and log opportunities for platform and process improvements.
Contribute to platform health management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support technical triage and resolution of major incidents when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar senior technical role.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
Strong understanding of technical governance, design standards, and best practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage, mentor, and guide development teams effectively.
