At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Property Manager

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60-$75/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

Commitment: Part-time, 20-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world property management work from your professional experience
Create realistic situations involving tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and community association governance
Develop scenarios handling property emergencies, enforcing HOA policies, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and resolving resident disputes
Review and evaluate AI responses to property management queries for accuracy and adherence to professional standards
Provide detailed feedback to improve AI training in property management scenarios

Ideal Qualifications

Strong professional experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association management
Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
Proficient with computer use and various software systems relevant to property management
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
Successful completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
Preferred average of 14 years of industry experience
