Role Specification: Infrastructure Administrator
Key Responsibilities & Skillset:
Server Administration:
Proficient in Linux systems administration (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Enterprise Linux).
Experience managing Windows Servers and Workstations, including configuration and maintenance of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Active Directory services.
Hardware & Appliance Management:
Skilled in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco, HP, and Dell server and network appliances.
Capable of handling firmware upgrades, hardware diagnostics, and system performance optimization.
Telecom Systems & Protocols:
Familiar with Telecom applications such as Metaswitch Rhino, Dialogic Media Server, and Perimeta SBC.
Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and related telecom signalling and media protocols.
Load Balancing & Network Services:
Experience configuring and managing Load Balancer applications such as Zxtm and Pulse Secure.
Working knowledge of open-source load balancing and high-availability solutions (eg, HAProxy).
Operational Excellence:
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving system, network, and application-level issues.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and environment stability.
