The Product Strategy and Planning Internship is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions).

Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027.

Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026.

The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL.

During the internship, from May to August 2026, participants will:

Apply previous experiences to contribute to strategy and analytics related work
Learn about the workings of the diverse DSE businesses
Work on a project that will impact the business
Develop key technical, communication and leadership skills
Receive mentorship from peers and senior leaders and have the opportunity to connect with leaders in other parts of the business

Responsibilities

Competitive research and analysis for the DSE businesses
Support for ongoing key strategic DSE initiatives, including developing models and building presentations
Support reporting activities by analyzing, compiling and presenting data

Required Qualifications & Skills

Please apply if you have:

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
A passion for analyzing data and solving complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A self-starter mindset, are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SharePoint, Office 365, Canva, and Tableau

Education

Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program.
Currently enrolled in a college or university, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program

Additional Information

Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area

The pay rate for this role in Celebration, FL is $22.50 per hour.
