What you will do

Oversee end-to-end incident management, ensuring swift and effective resolution in line with SLAs and OLAs.
Coordinate technical and business stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
Lead crisis units during major incidents and act as Service Delivery Manager on Duty (24/7 one week per month).
Monitor recurring incidents, drive root cause analysis, and oversee follow-up problem management actions.
Ensure adherence to internal IT service management processes and reporting standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and maintain the incident knowledge base.
Prepare and facilitate post-incident reviews and service performance reporting for management.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in service or incident management within a complex, international IT environment.
Proven ability to manage major incidents and coordinate crisis communication effectively.
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to participate in a monthly on-call rotation (24/7 availability for one week).
