Engineering Manager

Initial 6-month contract | Hybrid 3 days onsite (Kings Cross), 2 days remote | PS760p/day (Inside IR35 via umbrella)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for an exciting new project! You will be a leader communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentoring engineering teams.

What We're looking for:

Strong hands-on background in Scala (backend) and TypeScript (frontend) development.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, promoting growth and collaboration.
Ability to communicate technical vision clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable owning and improving full-stack systems, including infrastructure and deployment.
Passion for inclusive team culture, continuous improvement, and delivering impactful digital products.
