The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT's preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 hourly on W2 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Network AI Platform (GenAI enabled RAG + Alarm Correlation) - Support & Maintenance Team
Job Requirements: AI Engineers
Backend / Applied ML Engineer (RAG + Integrations)
Summary:
Own the Network AI Plaftorm's retrieval stack and APIs: source connectors, chunking/embedding, hybrid search, answer composition, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain/tune RAG pipelines.
Own Python REST services powering query, routing, and alarm-correlation flows.
Build/maintain connectors to ServiceNow, Splunk, SharePoint, internal wikis.
Implement evaluation suites and guardrails.
Investigate prod incidents and ship fixes.
Must-haves:
4-8 years total; 2+ years building LLM/RAG or search/retrieval systems.
Strong Python; FastAPI/Flask; SQL; Redis/Snowflake/Postgres.
Practical RAG experience.
Hands-on with ServiceNow API, Splunk SDK/SPL, or SharePoint/Graph API.
Nice-to-haves:
LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector/Redis, hybrid search, Kafka/Celery/RQ, Ray; networking/telecom familiarity.
