Finance Assistant

Up to PS28,000 plus bonus

Central London (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

The Role and Business:

We are excited to be exclusively partnered with a renowned brand based in Central London are they look to hire a Finance Assistant to join their finance team.

You will be responsible for all things Accounts Payable but have the desire to learn and progress to take on more month-end tasks including balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices using Sage.
Prepare and execute weekly supplier payment runs.
Create and issue customer sales invoices.
Support monthly reconciliations for operational teams.
Post month-end journals accurately and on time.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist in managing cash flow activities.
Conduct financial analyses to support informed decision-making.
Prepare and distribute reports to suppliers.
Carry out other ad hoc tasks to assist the wider Finance team.

Clear and effective communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
A collaborative mindset, keen to contribute to process improvements and add value.
Genuine interest in Finance demonstrated through relevant studies (e.g. finance, accounting, business, economics, or financial analysis) or previous experience such as a finance-related internship.
