Market Analyst - Real Estate Development (Entry Level)

Location: Surrey / Langley | Salary: ~$65K + benefits

We're partnered with one of Metro Vancouver's most respected developers to find an entry-level Market Analyst who's ready to learn the business from the inside out. You'll work directly with senior leadership to track the pulse of the real estate market--everything from sales trends and land deals to new developments shaping the region.

What You'll Do

Research and monitor new and resale housing markets across Metro Vancouver.
Track development applications, council activity, and land transactions.
Support acquisition and design decisions with real-time data and analysis.
Build relationships with brokers, planners, and industry partners.
Provide data-driven insights that help shape the next great community.

What You Bring

1-3 years of experience or strong academic background in real estate, business, or urban studies.
Sharp analytical mindset and love of research.
Solid communication and Excel/data skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to learn fast in a high-growth environment.
Valid BC driver's licence and knowledge of Metro Vancouver's neighbourhoods.
