Webisoft is a leading development studio specializing in web, Web3, and AI solutions. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-growing and innovative team. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to build modern applications that push the boundaries of performance and user experience.

If you're passionate about full stack development, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and want to contribute to impactful projects in Web3 and AI, this is a great opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking team. This is a hybrid position in our office in downtown Montreal (few days a week at the office).

Must-haves

Solid experience with full stack development, particularly with Python (backend) and React/JavaScript (frontend).
Strong understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern development best practices.
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Comfortable with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile workflows.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work full-time from our downtown Montreal office.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with PHP or other backend languages.
Exposure to Web3 technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets).
Experience with test automation or QA processes (e.g., writing unit/integration tests, working with tools like Cypress or Selenium).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Experience and certifications with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Bilingual in English and French.
