Principal Product Manager | BioTech | 6 month Contract
Role: Principal Product Manager
Location: London - 3 days per week in-office
Day Rate: PS800 p/d (outside IR35)
Contract Duration: 6 months
We're partnering with a groundbreaking BioTech startup that's transforming how labs and hospitals operate using automation, robotics, and digital platforms. They're preparing to launch their next-generation product, and need a hands-on Principal Product Manager to drive delivery through a pivotal phase, including the first customer rollout in March 2025.
The Role (Principal Product Manager):
Lead and support a small, high-performing team during an intense, high-priority product delivery phase
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to keep projects moving at pace
Help define product boundaries and priorities for the next-generation platform
Work in a mission-driven, fast-moving environment where your decisions directly impact cancer research and patient care
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Principal Product Manager with technical understanding and the ability to engage engineering teams
Comfortable in startup or high-growth environments; flexible, positive, and decisive under pressure
Experience with complex/integrated products is a plus, but fresh perspectives are welcome
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to align teams and stakeholders quickly
Bonus: Experience with robotics, automation, or physical/digital products
