We're Hiring: Python Developer!

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our growing team based in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience developing scalable backend applications and a strong grasp of modern development practices.

Location: Tangier, Morocco (Remote work available)

Work Mode: Hybrid - Work From Office or Remote

Role: Python Developer

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, product) to define and deliver functional features

Integrate front-end elements into applications, ensuring seamless user experience

Troubleshoot and debug backend systems for performance and reliability

Write clean, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices

Participate in Agile development processes including code reviews, stand-ups, and sprints

What We're Looking For

3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer

Strong command of Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Tornado

Solid understanding of multi-process architecture, asynchronous programming, and scalable design

Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating web services

Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Bilingual communication skills in French and English

Tech Stack & Tools

Python, Docker, Git, PostgreSQL, FastAPI/Django
Slack, Jira, Zoom (for remote collaboration)
AWS or other cloud platforms (is a plus)

Additional Info

This is a full-time position
Based in Tangier, but remote work is possible for the right candidate
Must be legally authorized to work in Morocco
